The conditions of return being respected SAMYSHOES will proceed, with your choice, the exchange or the full repayment of the products concerned with reception of your sendings.

For that "SAMYSHOES" proposes to you:

  • Is to replace you your shoe by a model at the same price, model identical or different from your initial order.


  • your shoe by a more expensive model Is to replace you, you must for that send to us the payment complementary by cheque joint to the return.


  • your shoe by a less expensive model Is to replace you, in this case one to have the chéque one of the difference will be established to you.

Conditions of return for application of the guarantee
The guarantee "Satisfied or remboursé" applies only for the purchases of shoes and under a 5 days deadlines after reception.

Any complaint formulated out of this time could not be accepted.

This guarantee will be applied only for the shoes not introducing none external deteriorations or interns. The turned over damaged or dirtied articles will not be shown.

Under these conditions Sam&cie will proceed, with your choice, the exchange or the full repayment as of the your shoes according to clauses of the paragraph "Satisfait or remboursé".

The returns are to be carried out in their state of origin and complete and accompanied by a copy of the invoice with
